okay. . . so she was attempting to nurse her baby, talk on a cell phone -and- take notes while going 65mph down the highway? she's obviously a fucking idiot not to realize the possible harm she could have caused her child by not having them in the carseat, let alone talking on a cell and taking notes while driving.

Gee, if her baby is young enough to breast feed then in many states the laws says that kid must be restrained in a properlly installed baby seat when the vehicle is moving.

I seem to recall a similiar case being in the news earlier this year. In that case I think the woman was charged with child endangerment. I'm pretty sure she'd been in an accident but I don't recall if the baby was injured or not.
