Yes, but I've never heard of it affecting performance to the degree you're talking about. You're just...unusual.

As for me, yeah I've blown it really quick on a couple of occaisions, both after long dry periods. Fortunately, both times were just five-minute-stands and the girls weren't expecting that much more out of me. *whew*
