Does anyone know of any MP3 editors?

I use tag and rename:

Might not be what you are looking for this app edits mp3 tags anc converts to/from filename and stuff

Transcode to PCM WAV or AIFF and edit that, then reconvert to MP3. If you just need to trim stuff, there are tools for that without having to re-encode the entire thing.
