I don't drink Coke nor Pepsi or even Jolt. I can't explain why, except that I consider myself above cola-flavoured soft drinks.

Do the Dew! :D

Anyone else wonder why Mt. Dew's slogan sounds like they are pushing drugs?

I would be hugely disappointed if there was a market for crap like that!

But I want to be... different... from all the other people. I'm proud to be a weirdo, and aim to stay that way.

Cola is so... ordinary. It is the anathema to weirdness. Weirdness is what I stand for. I am weirdness.

Yes, it's official. I am what some people would call a "basement hippie".

Coca Cola should stay the fuck away from our christmas. Christmas is the time when you get together with your family and friends and eat lots of good food, gives away and gets presents but must important of all: You drink Julmust instead of coke. They can have their monopoly the rest of the year and let us Swedes drink our Julmust during christmas. Even the most hardcore "coca coler" I know drinks Julmust.

But Coca Cola obviously feel that christmas is more important then any other season of the year so they spend all of their money making completely shitty commercials with 3d-animated fucking santas jumping around and drinking coke, together with goddamn Pestlife-sounding music. Argh! I can't stand that shit. They showed the horrible thing all the time during christmas last year. If anything, it only encouraged me not to buy it.

And this new special bottle-thing. Who the fuck would want one of those? They clearly are desperate...

Mountain Dew's not available in Denmark, so there's no way I'm going to drink that. I usually prefer ice tea.

If you were going to find a suitable analogue for Mountain Dew, then concentrated caustic soda is a good bet.

No, they didn't.

Mountain Dew is supposed to be lemon-flavoured, right?? (although it probably tastes totally artificial - I recall Homer Simpson eschewing Mountain Dew in favour of something called "crab juice")

Mountain Dew is in my experience an utterly artificial flavor. One that I happen to like come the occasional LAN party, although I stopped drinking it lately in favor of pink lemonade.

As for cola... blech. I don't like cola.

I'm not sure. The Canadian distributor buy the huge blocks, cuts it up and resells it in their own packaging, I only see a small part of the original label . Its marked Swedish cheddar, aged one year in Currant Vodka.

It was just something I noticed last night in the store; seemed to interesting to pass up. The concept of soaking cheese in alcohol is new to me. I thought that maybe it was a crazy (but strangely tasty) Swedish thing to do 8)
