I think that the TGOD could continue, and be fun, if people did it in more of a story format.... instead of *kills you*, it could be something like "Mitth`raw`nuruodo brought up his gridfire rifle. He knew this shot must count. He fired"..... I think it'd be a little less spammy if thought must be put into the posts.

Clouds drew over the thread, lightning struck and thunder boomed. Then, the clouds parted, and the sun shown through. But the break in the clouds brought more than just the sun. In the middle of the collum of light, Alyrium Denryle floated down from the heavens. The updraft from the heat, catching on his bat-wing cloak as he decended toward the ground in a slow spiral.

Alyrium leaps back and throws his hands in the air as the guns are drawn. A blue field of energy forms at his outstretched fingertips and forms a shield that stops the bullets.

With his ither hand he forces his hand down and screams "FIEGRA! " And the storm clouds above turn red and begin hailing fire.

Mitth`raw`nuruodo quickly grabs Tasoth and activates his personal R/UR field, extending it to cover them both. As the fire hits the field, it is transformed into the energy used to maintain it. In essence, attacking the field helps it maintain its defense.

As the amount of fire raining down on them begins to increase, Mitth`raw`nuruodo brings his gridfire rifle to bear. He connects it to his R/UR field, and it begins to absorb the energy the R/UR field is getting from the rain of fire above him.

The rifle begins to glow and pulse with the energy running through it. He waits until it is almost too much, then depresses the trigger, releasing it all towards the mage.

Without the longer, drawn-out posts, these things become nothing but spam pretty quickly..... oh well.

Mitth`raw`nuruodo teleports himself and Tasoth up to his command ship, the Wongite II. Not even seconds after they are on board, the ship opens fire on the planet they were previously located on, destroying it and everything on it.
