You want shit to do to make money, or just fun stuff? If you just want fun things to do, try riding a motorcycle at top speed through some of the long alleys on the first island. That gets pretty hairy. Also, listen to the all-talk station--there's some funny shit on there.

They are however deadly boring to use.

And do the bike/helicopter stunt-y things. And get the feds after you as soon as you can to nick an MP5! Aaaaah... VC....

Chainsaw rampages are hella fun. Not the scripted "Kill Frenzy rampages", just running around with a Chainsaw...
Magnum, for when you have to put the fuckers down first time.

I'd reccomend getting used to the controls before doing any missions, and then exploring/doing missions to make money/blowing shit up.

Until you hit wall, or car, or pole in a high speed spectacular crash were you go flying forward faster than your bike, and soon afterwards your bike slides over you, killing you instantly no matter what health you previously had (even 200 armor and 200 health)

Beat as many people to death as you can with a golf club before the cops get on you. Then use a Tec-9 or MAC-10 and wait for the Feds. May want to find shelter unless you have something to take down the damn chopper and the sniper inside it.

And yes, listen to the radio a lot and buy the soundtracks if you love '80s music.
