I liked it. Always annoys me when people do that. I take the time to type properly, even in a chat, and I don't find myself left behind (at least not when other people in the chat do the same).
Of course, I've spent so much time on this thing I've made my "hunt and peck" into a viable form of high speed typing, at least on my original keyboard (still working on this POS laptop of my sister's).
