AD&D: Chronomancy Adventure

I'm trying to put together an adventure for my friends using chronomancy (converting to 3rd ed) ala Chrono-trigger. My source stuff is the Prehistoric book of the historical series, classic AD&D, Steam and Sorcerry expansion from Legends and Lairs plus the Factory and Arsenal books for AD&D scifi future tech.

Does anyone have any advice/suggestions, or have I come up with something no one else has ever tried?

Please, anything you can tell me will help.

Encyclopedia Arcane: Chronomancy

If you want to use third edition, it has everything you need for time travel.

Well, I have the second edition chronomancy and converting it isn't too much trouble. I didn't know they had 3rd edition time travel. Do they still go through Temporal Prime? Its a fun dimension.

See if you can find the 2nd ed expansion Tale Of The Comet for some nifty sci-tech and rules for dealing with tech.

Nope. It's about a 'comet' that's coming down in the mountains...
