This Israeli company is not unique in this respect. Malaysian law prohibits foreigners from marrying Malaysian women. If someone working there do so they will be fired from their company and sent back home immedietly.

Some Arab countries including Saudi Arabia also have similar laws. Interestingly they allow their men to marry foreign women but prevent foreigners from marrying their women.
