Tragic. RDJ was never my favorite poster, but I certainly didn't hate him. How sad to have lost one of our own in such a fashion.

On the other hand, RDJ was willfully affiliating himself with a group of trolls and in the end, became one of them. Dry tears only shall fall from my eyes.

It is ended, then.

I see. If that's the case then maybe his banning was for the best. It's just that compared to his behavior in past threads and the behavior y'all describe it seems as if he did a complete 180 all of the sudden. I guess he was just a troll in human's clothing.

Actually part of the reason he got kicked out of other web boards and offended the likes of Stravo and Dalton is that he didn't write a lot of the stuff he claims to have written. Flat out he was a plaugerist.

Exactly, and sicne the whole thing got started because he was claiming to have orginated and researched arguements where he was mearly cut and pasting them from here. He was copying fanfics from other sources and posting them as his own work over in Trek BBS (as per Lisa)

He copied Stravo's Matrix fic.

They tried to destroy a fanfic for good. It was Star-Crossed. That's why I simply restored the whole board from the morning backup, to erase the entire attack as if it never happened.

I enjoyed reading the humourous anecdotes and those "homeless kids" stories RDJ posted awhile ago (before I joined, yes, but I lurked before I joined) - however, in light of the allegations of his plagirisation of Stravo's Matrix fic (neither one of which I've read so can't comment on) I wonder if he came up with anything original. In any case his trollish behaviour speaks for itself. The effort of judging him is largely unnecessary - he made himself look like a fool, and now has suffered a fool's fate. :wink:
