No pictures, but:

Robbie, I, Robot. Isaac Asimov.

R5-G8 (Gate), X-Wing Series. Stackpole/Allston.

The Doctor, Star Trek: Voyager. Morons. (Fine, he's not a robot, but close enough, Artificial Intelligence)

Robby from Forbidden Planet and lots of shows after that.

Grimlock - I always liked the original Dinobots. :)

Twiki - From the Buck Rogers TV show. He was funny and I figured not many people would pick him. :D

In that case might I suggest Ro-Jaws. A mixture of Bender (Attitude and wit, plus huge Mouth and bendy arms) and R2 (Cylindrical body, lots of panels with stuff that can come out, and Wheels for travel - he also has a flipdown seat on his back for when you're too lazy to walk). :D

  1. Guri (Shadows of the Empire)
  2. The T-800 (The Terminator, obviously)
  3. The MSE series mouse droids (made notorious by Solo Command)
Not necessarily in that order, of course.
