Whereabouts in Callyfornia, Mike? I'm here and I work and spend most of my time here!

If you'll be in San Francisco or Sacramento I'd be more than willing to drive out there for lunch or something.

Well, sometime during the summer I'll be heading west again. :) Going out to the Grand Canyon, out to Goleta, CA, then up to Denver, CO....and back home. I could probably meet a couple of SDN'ers...

Oooooh, I do I do! Don't know that I can, but I want to! :D

Actually a friend of mine is moving to Ireland in 2 weeks, so it is actually possible that I could go if I could scrape together the money...hrm...

Not particularly. The flight may cost a bit but i know hundreds of pubs where you'll not pay more than 2.00 for a pint of guinness and i know planty of cheap but good B&B's.

If it's affordable <g> And I don't have any damnable exams, might actually be a cool idea <g>

Well whoever want's to come drop me a line and i'll see about sorting somethign out. I'll get a decent Bed & Breakfast sorted out and i can take you on a pub crawl of Belfast. St Paddies day is a good day. One word or warning, real Irish pubs do not sell green beer.

Just found out my exam is *exactly* on March, 17th. That is so unfair :)

Damnit, why can't any of you germans live in Munich? It would be very nice to have some friends there already. *grumbles something about moving to a place where everyone speaks that insane language known as german, where the national dish is wurst with something and where the temperature reaches the -20ºC*

"Wurst" is something you put on bread for the most part :)
And you'll go to...*shudder*...Bavaria, so it's your fault, anyway

People from the UK should meet up in mnchester, that way it's more or less central to wherever people are from, plus it may be cheaper for pounder.

Plus i don't have to go as far.

I get pissed enough in the UK when I'm NOT celebrating! Althought the offer is VERY tempting.
I work in a pub and the owner is Irish, he's owned it for over 30 years and hasnt lost a bit of his accent that I can tell, the UK meet should be where I work on St Paddies day! That way LP can stay true to his roots by celebrating with another Irish man and every one else can just get pissed and play pool and beat the crap out of the local homophobs with me!!!

Heres hoping for Devon for the meet up in the UK!

All motorways, railways and flight routes lead to London.

Plus it's warmer. :P
