Here's the thing, Political Parties are covered by it, by (non-political) third parties are not. IN other words, whereas the Republicans and Democrats have to bend over backwards to fit the crieteria, Moveon.org doesn't have to do jack shit, and gets to put out whatever the hell it wants.
