I thought it was "All Roads lead to Rome" IB of course if they had it their way the Chunnel would have been completed a few centuries ahead of schedule, darn Roman legions, had to make sure that everything was connected by roads.....

I side with IB on this one, London. It just makes sense, plus I've never been to London before and I wanna go to Camdon (sp?)! I'm sure IB knows why I'd wanna go...I think she would anyway...to Camdon I mean

Nah, London would be cool, unless its in July, wont be in the UK anyway, so it's all somewhat irrelevant, but I have a burning desire to see Mornington Crescent, IB would understand... :)

not as much as people seem to think. getting to london is actually quite cheap... costs far more for me to go north of birmingham than to get to london, course.... i live just 45 minutes drive from london :D

I'd be ok with London. When? London is actually easier to get to for me than Manchester. Flights to the mainland cost a tonne no matter where you go.

you know lodging in Vegas is really cheap (if you don't gamble) and flights are pretty reasonable.

If we rolled into the Star Trek Experience with 2 dozen sd netters led by Darth Wong himself the chances for debauchery would be wonderfully high.

Getting to London is easy via the East coast mainline, 16 quid for a single with GNER. What date are we talking here? Just on the offchance I can make it.

Actually, I may well be in Baltimore in a few months for a convention. Might be able to meet up with some SD.nutters there.

Damn. Ah well, I still may have to either steal or "borrow" yours...or buy one myself...

So London is a yes? (Vote now!)

Next thing we need to decide on is which month.... I have no preference, just soon. Just because I'm getting bored in little old Devon... :(

Mr. Wong, please wire me the money for a round trip plane ticket from Orlando to where ever you will be... and make it Vegas, there is a ranch I've been meaning to visit there.

Would July be a good time for the UK meet. During this time i like to keep my head down becauyse of the marching season, so if i can bugger off to England for a week or two that'd be peachy.

I plan to be out of the country for about three months in the summer (probably July-Sep, but maybe Jun-Aug). Can we do earlier?
