Just tried it on a regular CD player. The same clipping occurs. This disc is definitely defective.

Actually, headphones typically have much better sound than all but the really expensive speaker systems. I guaruntee that Aerius's setup would blow you away :)

Bose sucks, mention it not!

I wouldn't mind having one to check out, my email only takes attachments up to about 2MB IIRC so you'll have to host it somewhere and PM me the link for me to get it.
Stravo wrote:Damn and I was going to get this soundtrack after seeing the movie last week. Is this becoming common now? I don;t think I've run across this on any of the soundtracks I have.
Incredibly common, almost all pop music is compressed in dynamic range and a lot of it is done horribly and excessively. I don't have any soundtracks so I don't know how common it is on them, but going by the music found on most soundtracks I'd guess it's not that different from mainstream music.

Say, do you want it to be a threesome with your wife? Or a foursome with your wife and sister-in-law? I'm up for either. :P

SPOOFE (barely) hears the clipping. SPOOFE don't care, the soundtrack is still awesome as nipples.
