but I haven't actually read the comic for a long time. But in the essential guide to weapons and tech it says that the GG breaks down its entire target. So I was more going on that than the comic.

Where you awake when you played Jedi Academy? In the mission briefing Byss was a cluster of astroids, which kinda resembeled a destroyed planet don't ya think. The mission the perputal n00b memtions takes place inside an Imperial Dreadnaught. Byss is gone.
Remember the part before the Dreadnaught got the Ravens Claw in it's tractor beam? When the Claw was above a large bit of land, very vast and such. Looked like a complete planet. Asteroid field? Where? Oh, in that small little picture in the top right corner of the screen? Never noticed it.

Interesting though, whenever I make my bimonthly mistake, someone jumps on me screaming "perpetual n00b!1!1!!!1" but when they make mistakes, more often than I do, I remain silent. Hmm...

It was a chunk of asteroid junior.

Also when you end the mission and the Dreadnaught blows it zooms out and you can see it's an asteroid field

Okay, it was an asteroid field.

Only seeing that movie once, and seeing many others the same day must have screwed with my memory.
