Ever heard of these programs that look like you're working on something important when you hit a key? Sort of like the old "Boss Key" on older games; where if you see the boss coming by your cubicle at work, you'd hit the "B" button and be dropped out of your game?

Aoutohide the toolbar and use Alt+Tab to switch program.

Make a screenshot of an empty desktop INCLUDING the toolbar with your work application in it, use that as background, THEN autohide the real toolbar... better that way :twisted:
