Not that the ACLU is a Christian organization, but the following still seems to apply regarding their actions toward Rush Limbaugh:

Romans 12
20On the contrary:
"If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
if he is thirsty, give him something to drink.
In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head."

Then again, he also was talking about how drug users, even petty ones, should be locked up for absurdly long times while he himself was popping the painkillers from an illegal supplier. Being a big fat hypocrite is not without precident.
