I want to see him sue and Fox should make a reality TV show out of that. This is the one with a US Army staff sergeant who marches in, starts yelling all sorts of shit, and then starts beat boxing and rhyming in Korean. Shit was hilarious.

Actually, MIT has gone through some student alcoholism scandals recently, it appears that frat parties on campus have gotten so out of hand that life-threatening levels of alcohol are consumed on a regular basis. Three guesses as to which crowd this guy hangs with.
