In the Last Three Hours . . .

Post by Guardsman Bass »

I came home from school, payed for my broadway ticket for "Chicago" when I go to New York in March,

Went to the gym and worked out next to the high school soccer girls while wondering what it would be like to shower with them.

came home, rested for a sec(not much of an opportunity-the older brother of one of my brother's friends came over to pick my brother's friend up, but he used the bathroom and after he came out, talked for something like 30 minutes about snowboarding much to my irritation-I don't like him that much.

Well, that's that, how about you?

Went to the Student Learning Center (basically a gigantic study hall), dicked around on one of the computers for about 20 minutes, did homework for 15 minutes, dicked around on the computer for about 20 more minutes, did homework for another 5 minutes, came back to my dorm, showered, and dicked around from that point to this moment.

I'm studying for the CPA exam. Have a nice summer, and if you're down just sit back and realize that Joe is off somewhere, doing much worse than you are.

Listened to my roommate for the better half of the beginning of those three hours. Then worked a bit, surfed here a bit, back and forth, and some other message boards. Checked my WhatPulse stats. Had a bit of food and grabbed a Mt. Dew. Had a conversation via PM with a member. Not a whole lot, really.

I did a loop, aileron roll, split-s, four spins, multiple overhead patterns, and generally had fun cruising over Texas at 230mph. How was your day?

Well, in the last three hours I had my last class where I learned just about everything you need to know about Yellow Fever. Then went out and picked up a ton of cheap chinese food at our local Panda Express-type place. Then came home, ate while watching South Park. Visited a few internet forums.. now I'm waiting for the food coma to pass so I can get back to studying all about how the brain learns and memorizes. Or at least study what little we think we MIGHT know about it.

Worked on a report for a NASA program (:-p @ Wicked Pilot, I'll be flying over Texas in the Vomit Comit around a month from now, so nah nah nah nah!), put up flyers for the Shooting Club, dicked around here, and now about to leave to go somewhere else.

I fly a vomit comet almost every day. Unfortunately we can only sustain negative Gs for no more than 30sec due to the capacity of the inverted flight chamber. Going beyond that leads to fuel starvation, and if the boost pump fails to reprime the engines, ejection time.

Well, in the past three hours I went to a dentist appointment and had chicken and really crappy onion rings, but earlier today, I was locked out of my house after coming home early for midterms, accidentally set off the alarm, and had a cop come over. A pretty wierd day for me overall.

My shift ended at 5pm but I stayed at work later than that.
I was helping my boss try to fix the OS on his mother's PC.
He accidently deleted NTLDR and a few other important files.
Plus I was helping a customer via email with his warranty.

The speech was already on as I left work, so Im not sure
how much I missed. Listened to that on the way home,
missed my exit on accident so I look a longer route.

Stopped at an excelent pizza place near home to eat and listen
to the rest of the speech. Then I came home, showered and am
now resting on the couch in front of the tv with my laptop.

I ate dinner, watched the State of the Union address with a friend, argued with the friend about politics until we agreed to disagree and watch basketball, tried to find the Georgia Tech basketball game on TV, gave up when we couldn't find it, and I returned to my room to take a shower and read what was going on here.

Back to homework now, I guess. :(

EDIT: fixed a typo.

*Is jealous.* I practiced my bass. Then I practiced piano. Then I ate. Then I came here to my dorm room and have been on the 'Net ever since.

Ate crap food, sat and shivered cloaked in the biggest blanket I could find, avoided the rather pervasive smell of cows coming in through the window, talked with sarah back home for an hour or so, revised for some very easy tests tomorrow, begun researching Karoo floodbasalts for 30 min presentation in a few weeks.

Finished dinner with my brother, watched Detective Conan, waiting for the Year of the Monkey.

Damn I'm getting bored.
