And is there anything you have to do to join the Secret Gnome Revolution? I applied, but still haven't got a response...

Hey, what does it take to start a usergroup? How about "n00bs Anonymous," for all the people that are too new to join any of the respectable groups?

Petition one to an admin, and get enough people to join up as a list.

fixed. i'm not used to using color codes so i wasn't sure whether they needed double quotes or not.
