Actually, probably not. Cold usually acts as a preservative. Although I don't drink myself and therefore know squat about beer.

Thankfuly the beer will be fine as the kegs and damned heavy (when full) and as Rouge said the cold may have preserved it....although if it's cold enough, the Russians will be drinking ice cubes of beer instead of pints...if they could get it out of the kegs...which is highly unlikely.
