Definitely the Looney Tunes. I didn't get most of the jokes until I was older, but even as a kid the gags were funny.

Transformer was cool. I watch it in spanish in Mexico back in the day and thats the only time I saw it. Samurai Jack is the coolest thing now-a-days.(The first one with the scot had ti be the funniest.) Beast Wars was cool until they made the new ones. Spider Man was cool and so was the old Batman. Eek the Cat was funny as was Bobby's World. Almost any old Fox cartoon was cool. SWAT Cats was sweet but they should have made more. Robotech was awsome when I first saw it and I still love it. The Gundam Wing was cool until they pussified the pilots in Endless Waltz. Dexters Lab until they changed the animation style and the voices. Those are the ones I can recall at the moment but I'm sure I'll think at the moment. So at the moment it's Samurai Jack.

I love Dexters Lab and Johnny Bravo. The SWAT cats are great too.

Howabout Centurions? Or M.A.S.K (those toys fucking rocked)? Dino-Riders?
Some Disney-type stuff, too, like Kissyfur and Gummi Tales.

I remember a friend's mom loved watching Duckula with us.

It's amazing to see some of the stuff you adored as kids today. I don't understand how my parents could sit through some of the shit I watched. It's bad enough that they were usually terribly animated, but the stories...ugh. I don't think I could even watch GI Joe or Transformers today, even for the camp value. Even the snippits of Pokemon I catch now and again tend to be better than most of the stuff I watched 15 years ago. And almost all newer kid stuff is much better animated.
