Wow, I have pulled the old Might & Magic IV and V out of my CD-box and it was real fun to play the combo "World of Xeen" again. I have done EVERYTHING, killed EVERY monster and got EVERY treasure. At the end my best party member was level 166 and I still had enough gold to train him to level 199, no party member was under level 113.
My final Score was: 2.665.905.613.
Anyone here played the game too and remembers it?
Had anyone here played "World of Xeen"?

Those games were so great. To this day, I rank Darkside of Xeen's intro as the #1 best intro of all time. I don't know what it was about it, but it just draws you in and makes you want to play the game until 3 AM, and everyone who I showed it too also thought it was great.

Dragon Pharoh:"Unbelivable...the royal pyramide...under siege! The prophecy is nearing completition, but Alamar brings my mission and the lands of Xeen in great danger. I can't hold up much longer...."
*uses his crystal ball*
DP:"Queen Kalindra...."
Kalindra: "My Pharaoh, I'm imprisoned! It is over..."
*Shows in tears that she was made a vampire*
DP:"And the cube?"
*Alamar's face appears in the crystal ball*
Alamar:"I got the cube, Pharaoh!"
DP:"Alamar! You cursed machine! You doom us all!"
Alamar:"Ha ha ha ha ha!"
*The Paraoh summuns monsterfaces on the crystal ball*
DP:"My monster friends, will you help me?"
Monsters (together):"WE SERVE ALAMAR!"
DP:"Traitors!"
*Ellingers picture appears on the crystal ball*
DP:"My friend Ellinger, you must send help!"
Ellinger: "But Pharaoh, I'm trapped in my tower too!"
DP:"The I well send the crystal ball........Xeen's fate is not longer in our hands...."
*Sends his little dragon with the crystal ball out into the sky*
DP:"Get help, my little friend!"
*The little dragon flies, until a fireball appears, and desintegrates him*
Alamar:"Ha ha ha ha ha!"
*The crystal ball falls, until it lands in a forest, cut to main menue*
I find the Corak-Sheltem story of part I-V better than this new stuff of VI onward.....

Well, some of the monsters are very dangerous in Xeen. I will divide between beginner, advanced, expert and insane judiging by the level of the party and assume that you will begin on the Light side of Xeen in Vertigo, which will only add Lightside monsters to Beginner:
Extremly dangerous monsters:
Beginner:
-Diamond golem (Cool looking, but tend to demolish all your equipment)
-Lava golem (no good looked, but same tactic)
-Hydra (Very deadly, and the lava does the rest)
-Red Dragon (The fireballs kill you on distance)
-Sea monster (One hit and half your party is dead)
-Demon (Same as red dragons, but they also curse you)
-Devil (Same as demon, only they use more magic)
Advanced:
-Killer Cobra (Each hit ages you a year)
-Armadillo (Destroys equipment and had to kill)
-Vulture (Hard to kill and deadly hits)
-Oktopod (They poisen your party for fun)
-Iguana (Not hard hitting but complicated to kill)
-Griffon (They hit really hard)
Expert:
-Minotaur (Very durable and hard to hit)
-Gorgon (see above, but they are stronger and turn your people to stone)
-Gamma Gazer (EXTREMLY dangerous! Only for real expert parties)
-Lava-dweller (strong and darable)
-Cloud golems (strong, and tend to ruin your equipment)
-Cloud dragon (Very nasty)
-Green dragon (Even nastier!)
-Destroyer robot (Why got only Sheltem all these deadly machines?)
-Autobot (See above)
Insane:
-Phase dragon (Only in Dragon clounds, but deadly)
-Dagon mummy (Dead they are even deadlier)
-Onyx golem (Only in Dark tower. Take a cloud golem, and triple is strengh...)
and finally.......
the MEGA DRAGON!
Guarding the sky over castle Alamar, this is the deadliest foe in the game. He got 65.000 HP, many attacks,AC 100 and loves to rot your party members.... Only for people who seek a real challange!
