It'd be a lot harder to enjoy with multiple heart attacks...
Funny comedian from Boston. He wrote that asshole song somebody posted in this thread.
The phrase "Go figure" pops instantly to mind.
Well, this fat work force is already kicking ass when it comes to productivity. In
manufacturing, we're No. 5 (behind Taiwan, Korea, France and Sweden [wtf?]).
The US has a large, if not, the largest manufacturing industry on the planet. A lot of other nations in the West are moving from that area and going into services or logistics, the UK for instance is much lower on that list than it would've been 50 or so years ago.
In anycase, current trends aside, I'm thinking of the fat future which won't disappear into thin air unless something is done.
Well I'm sure I have a lot to live for, but I don't feel pressed to choose right now.
That's awfully defeatist, I'm sure you're at MIT for a reason and not for shits and giggles. I certainly know
I want a real future and family in the years to come. If I didn't, I'd have got a job stacking cardboard at a local factory full time by now.
Well, I'm not exactly gunning to pick the time of my death. At least with cancer and slerosis, it's a gamble.
