Legal Question
Would it be legal to have an .mp3 version of the theme song from an 11 year old game on your server? I might have the most awesome recording of the Desert Strike theme, and it would be nice to be able to make it available for others.

it would depend on who the .mp3 in particular was made by, whether or not it's available now, etc. but in all likelyhood i'd say probably not. not that that's ever been a moral issue for me in the past or anything. . . .
