With 25 percent of precincts reporting, the Massachusetts senator was at 39 percent, followed by former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean at 24 percent. Exit polls sponsored by CNN and other news outlets also showed Kerry in the lead.

Guess Dean's done. Will a Mod rename this to "NH Primary" or something like this?

And yet Dean still has 23 more delegates than anybody else. Funny, isn't it?

Well I guess the "I HAD A SCREAM" speech was a hit...... :)

Dean is polling in 4th place in SC with 9% and is not contesting Missouri

The DEAN train has hit the skids........

I calls 'em as I sees 'em. Any of the possible winners (Kerry, Dean, Edwards, Clark) would be better than Bush, although I don't like Clark.

Edwards is a con who profits off of the manipulation of stupid people, akin to the feeding of several bloodsucking insects.

In other words, he's a medical malpractice lawyer.

Is he now...

Well I'd still vote for him over Bush. Only cause of Ashcroft though.

Kerry's up to 14% ahead of Dean. :D

Now CNN has Clark and Kerry on split screen waiting for one of them to stop shaking hands and actually start talking

Dean has failed to demonstrate to the Democratic base that he can beat George W. Bush. It's over.

Watch him get creamed in the Southern states. It's not going to be pretty. Edwards is a Southerner and Kerry voted for the war in Iraq, which will help him. Of course, Dean will fight all the way to the convention.

Edwards with 12%
Lieberman with 9%
Kucinich with 2%
Sharpton with 0% (but he got second at the New Hampshire Black-cus, behind Edwards :D )

Haven't you been listening to John Kerry? His voting for the Iraq war was actually a strong, principled declaration of his opposition to the war, if you believe his pathetic attemt to paint it that way.

Aww, Joe, I just think you're upset that Kerry is sinking Dean, and now your boy Bush will have to deal with a real candidate. :D

"we're really gonna win this nomination aren't we"

No, you're not.

"First, let me thank the people of New Hampshire..."

For voting for Kerry

"The people of New Hampshire have allowed a real change in America"

Yeah, Kerry's now the frontrunner

"Stand with us to the very end..."

Because mass suicide is so much better than going down alone

"Tonight, the people of New Hampshire asked for change"

By voting for Kerry

I love that America was the moral leader since WW1 because of a foreign policy based on cooperation. He seems to forget that little thing called isolationalism

"We can give the 50% of Americans who don't vote a reason to vote"

Yeah, to keep you out of the white house.

No, Kucinich. He's coming up like a shark. As long as he avoids birds of prey, he's going to get President Bush in '04. :)
