Damn this guy is day in and out of jail. Hmmm, get boozed up and sleep in a jail with perhaps food and then booze up again....hmmm~Jason
I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in his stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Counciler or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate, who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who constantly says: "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I cannot agree with your methods of direct action"; who paternalistically believes he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by a mythical concept of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait for a "more convenient season."

Failure to pay fees and failure to appear, and a criminal littering.

It looks like he's TRIED to get arrested every day for the past 5 or 6 years.

There's a reason they call it a "legal limit." We don't want people killing themselves. Suicide, after all, is illegal.

morbidly amusing history fact: a few centuries ago in england it was illegal to kill yourself. anyone who was caught attempting to kill themselves would be hung.

I don't see how being hung is morbidly amusing. I could see people being hanged being morbidly amusing though. :P

They have laws against driving while intoxicating too. Did you fully think your post through before hitting "Submit"??

EDIT: LOL I guess I didn't either. Corrected a spelling error. :P

If I was to set up a bar, I would also have an inn too and charge outrageous fees for drunks to stay in. :D ~Jason

most sensible bartenders will cut them off before they come to the point of being incoherent. and if the bartender actually has the sense they'll call a cab to pick them up or something.

have you ever actually seen someone that was plastered off their ass walking around in public? not a very pretty site. though unless they do something major (such as an assault, driving while intoxicated, etc., which can be caused while a person isn't in charge of their senses) they're usually released after they sober up.

I knew a guy like this when I was in jail. He'd be in our unit for months,
then leave for like a few weeks, and then he'd be back again.

One time he used AMMONIA to clean his dick and armpits, and ended up
in the medical wing because it all SWELLED UP MAJORLY BAD

hmm... what if you want to get from one club to another? you have to get a cab even though cabs are fucking expensive? that sucks.
have you ever actually seen someone that was plastered off their ass walking around in public?
sure. i do that all the time. when i´m drunk i either go home by bus and the night busses are usually loaded with drunk folks on the weekend, or i walk home. walking can be quite funny since you might meet other drunk people and can talk about drunk-stuff on your way home.

i think technically being drunk in public is illegal over here as well. but no one gives a rats ass. i can remember one case in which someone was brought to court for being intoxicated and that was because he apparantly vandalized but for some reason it couldn´t be proved. sort of a dubious thing.
