Usually I must note a conspicuous absense of our ancient adversary on web boards, but there's another one I go to which has two or three on.

There's usually more Germans and various Scandinavians about.

Personally I suspect it has something to do with French people generally not wanting to "lower" themselves to speaking English. ;)
