The radio is reporting that someone tried to make a U - Turn on the bridge.
For those of you who ever never been on the Golden Gate Bridge it has a single deck, with no divider between traffic going in opposite directions.

Nobody got hurt, which is amazing, but someone need to be given the "Im an Idiot" medal.
