Oh man, bad night drinking..

I was doing some heavy drinking last night and I became dehydrated while drunk. That was probably the WORST feeling in the world. Like you just ran a marathon in the desert with no water. So here's the lesson laddies: Always make sure you drink copious amounts of water before drinking.

LOL, I always drink water WHILE I'm drinking, simply because I piss so much. Much more effective, and the only aftereffects are a mouth that tastes like shit and a night you don't remember

It's most effective to drink water AFTER you're done boozing it up, and take a multi vitamin, too.

But yeah, it does sound like good idea. I hate hangovers, I've got a pretty bad one right now. A great Saturday night though. And what with the Superbowl tonight, my continued sobriety doesn't stand a snowball's chance in Hell.

I've got next week to recover...

OJ is highly acidic so you might well end up with a stomach ache the next morning. Water and vitamins are all you really need.

when i drink i usually drink beer while i´m drinking. beer contains enough water to do the job.
