Hell March 2 question

In the start of Hell March 2 (Theme from Red Alert 2) we hear someone yelling something that sounds like it is in Russian.

Does anyone know what's being yelled?

It sounds like "People first, left march" to me, but i'm betting that's not it.

Hell's March kept ringing my mind whenever I walked the "Vanguard Road" to combat training fields.....had I been an RA infantry it was undoubtly a "Hell's March" :twisted:

And on top of that, I think "Act on Instinct" is better, too.
