My uncle *still lives in Cincinnati - I dropped a quick question to him about this a while ago when I first heard about it, and he says that most people he knew had neither heard of it nor approved of it until it hit the mega-media a few days ago.

* My mother was born in Cincinnati. I spent a number of summers there. It's actually a really comfy little town in the suburbs and they have some snazzy museums and theme parks.
