I would go with a speeder bike. It is fast maneuverable, and armed. I can weave in and out of traffic. If the cops try and get me for speeding, in the insuing chase I would turn around and shoot at them. If someone cuts me off....

Is it possible to trick out an AT-AT? Chrome feet, pastel colored hull, neon lights around the cannons, one of those knight rider things around the eye area? All I have to do is play really horrible techno music and try to race everybody at the stop light.

I know there are some. Some of the big lakes freighters carry more than the mass of an AT-AT in iron ore and are large enought to accomodate them. Transport could be arranged.
