Assume that it's completely legal, and relatively safe (like the upscale places in Nevada, not in a van down by the river).

Although it's crossed my mind in the midst of long dry spells, I don't think that I ever would unless I end up old and single. I appreciate the simplicity of the transaction but I think I'd feel ashamed afterwards, like I should be able to get a date in a more traditional matter (like spending the money on dinners and flowers). That, and it'd be hard to explain your past to a potential future wife. "Oh baby, before you, it was hookers, whores and harlots, but now you're the only one for me..."

Maybe maybe not, it would depend on my fiscal status, if I had money say. And if I was really already trying to get into some other woman's pant's free of charge, as in a relationship.
If 1 and not 2 there is a higher likelyhood.
And if 2, 1 cannot be true either way.

Did it when I was in the military. Wouldn't bother me to do it again.

Especially during a dry spell when you want it and don't feel like playing games.

I'd probalby do neither unless I had the opportunity to pay for a night with Rye, but supposedly some more upscale escorts do get somewhat emotionally involved with their clients. I fail to see the emotional difference between a hooker and any one night stand.

It is in Sydney Australia. Technically. Thanks to a law change bought about by premier Bob Carr. It's a "Service" now which he can tax. There's brothels advertised in the daily newspaper here, and late night/early morning on TV too. actually I think theyre only alowed to advertise from like 1am to 4am... but the newspaper ads are there.

No. Not only is it morally unjust to my mind, it helps fund bad people linked to it as well and as a hygienic student I know very well what type of STDs can get around, even if the subjects are supposedly clean.

They're usually doing that not because they want to but because they have no choice.

Porn stars, if that's what you're referring to, don't fuck entire cities for a living (though many would like them to). It's also a lot stricter on health and image than any prossie and I wouldn't sink as low as to pay for sex anyway. That's really just sad when you have to do that in the first place.
