I'm surprised this hasn't been brought up already.
CNN wrote:But the day wasn't all peace and quiet after a photograph surfaced on the Internet and TV and in newspapers showing him at a 1970 protest against the Vietnam War with Jane Fonda. (Full story)
Many Vietnam veterans have never forgiven the actress, who was nicknamed "Hanoi Jane," for traveling to North Vietnam while Americans were fighting in that conflict.
The Kerry campaign said the senator and Fonda were acquaintances and that the photograph was taken two years before her trip, which Kerry, a decorated Vietnam veteran, did not support.
In an interview with CNN, Fonda dismissed the attempt to link her and Kerry as "black propaganda."
But veterans from the conservative side of the political spectrum began to pounce.
"We just wanted to do our job, complete our mission for our country that sent us and come back alive," said Rep. Randy "Duke" Cunningham, R-California, a Navy pilot who was shot down in Vietnam in 1972. "And having people like Sen. Kerry protest that was kind of a slap in the face to us."
Another instance of dissent being unpatriotic. Although I wouldn't want to be associated with her either. Anyhow, I really don't see how going to the same rally means shit.
Dissent is not unpatriotic; sipping wine with Viet Cong brass while troops from your own country are being tortured not too far away is. I don't think this picture is incriminating by any means, but if John Kerry did in fact associate with that seditious whore he had better fucking be prepared to answer for it.

I'm studying for the CPA exam. Have a nice summer, and if you're down just sit back and realize that Joe is off somewhere, doing much worse than you are.
Wait, so he was at an anti-war protest that Jane Fonda was also at and... what? This is mudslinging progaganda folks, don't let fool you. He's not even standing next to her in that shot, he's in the background.

Yes, he is. Which is why I'm not jumping all over him for it. But it does beg the question of was their any connection.
Bah, here's the real picture everyone should be worrying about:
This clearly shows what Bush was really doing while he was AWOL.

This rally was before Hanoi Jane went to Vietnam to pose with anti-aircraft weapons, folks. I live near the same area Charles Manson prowled in the 70's.....

True but he also acknowledged an 'acqueitence' (which in polit-speak can cover just about anything) with Jane Fonda before and after her visit. The picture isn't damning, but it raises questions.

I know. I was talking about Kerry. The alleged association with Fonda is summoning all sorts of accusations of him being a treasonous commie bastard. Certain right-wingers are jumping down his throat about being unpatriotic and unsupportive of soldiers. This is certainly not the case.

Questions that cannot be answered without a bunch of evidence that no one has come forth with. If/When they do, then ask those questions. Until then, what the fuck is the point of even discussing this?

That's really lame......
You really don't understand how badly Hanoi Jane is hated over here, especially amongst those of use who have friends and relatives who served during the war.

I think he is talking about those people trying to implicate Kerry with a vague picture of him standing next to Hanio Jane.
According to some freepers, Snoozemax had a faked photo of Kerry and Fonda on their front page that they later removed

"Right now we can tell you a report was filed by the family of a 12 year old boy yesterday afternoon alleging Mr. Michael Jackson of criminal activity. A search warrant has been filed and that search is currently taking place. Mr. Jackson has not been charged with any crime. We cannot specifically address the content of the police report as it is confidential information at the present time, however, we can confirm that Mr. Jackson forced the boy to listen to the Howard Stern show and watch the movie Private Parts over and over again."
