US Looses Soccer, Mexican's Cheer for Osama

Post by Nathan F »

Haven't found the link, so I'm just pulling this from memory from a broadcast I just saw. Apparently, the US isn't going to be in the Summer Olympics in Soccer because we lost to Mexico in a qualification match. As the US players left the field, the crowd started chanting, 'Osama! Osama! Osama!...'

*grrr*

I saw it too, although I didn't get the details. I found it very tasteless and offensive, although Soccer fans don't exactly have a reputation for civility.

Just saw that on the news as well. This proves something that has been known for decades; soccor hooligans are really tasteless.

Hah! They won't be chanting when the VRWC covertly invades Mexico and we implant tiny little microchips inside their heads while they sleep. Then, when they try and cross the border illegally, BOOM! Their heads explode.

Soccer fans thinking? Surely not!

:P (for the record, I love soccer and used to play it, but then I never went on a rampage because my team lost, or hell even won)

Why is Mexico's Olympic team so poor?

Because anyone who can run, jump or swim has already made it across the border.

Maybe their poor Olympic teams are related to their poor work ethic; it's not as if they're not enthusiastic about the sport.

I remember when I used to work for the automotive business and we supplied tooling to Mexican plastic injection moulding shops. The fucking things would come back with the imprint of a wrench clearly stamped into them, from where a worker would throw it into the machine in order to shut down the production line and get the afternoon off. We're talking about four hundred thousand tooling here, and these idiots would just toss objects into the machine to fuck it up so they could drink tequila. And this happened regularly. Management did not even seem to think it was that outrageous.

ARGH!

It's "loses", don't make me post that Grammar Nazi comic. :P

As for that incident, quite the troglodyte reaction. Much like English football fans booing national anthems in some instances. Pathetic.

what the fuck kind of molding machine were they using that had no low pressure close sensor?

on a side note we had a mexican fellow who threw a stainless steel custom plug gage into a brand new granulator just so he didn't have to check every part of the press. god that was noisy. and expensive

If the Mexican workers are so bad the US goverment should considering replacing them with immigrant workers from other countriees.

No I meant reducing the number of jobs granted to Mexicans who apply for a job in the US. Instead the jobs can be given to people from other countries

The problem comes from the 8-12 million Illegals who have flooded this country...

It's even better because of how little enthusiasm most people in the US have for soccer. :)

It's Mexico. If they had safeguards like that, and applied things like it regularly, probably they'd be in much better economic shape (Granted my experience is with aluminum machining, and tooling for it but, I understand the principles of injection moulding, nonetheless) I wish I could say that behavior as shown by Mike surprises me. Alas, we had one fuckwad whose (Mazak) 16B used to EAT tooling. I'm talking 9, 10 tools a NIGHT. Sometime those big, expensive fucking 3/4 inch super-mills. (Before I go on, I'll say this: Aluminum=soft. aluminum+tooling at 10,000-12, 000 RPM...just keep that part in mind  ) So, one night, The line lead had me keep an eye on him. As I pretended to make an adjustment on MY 16B, I watched him rotate pallets, then, look to the side to see if anyone was watching, and MOVED THE FARKING COOLANT HOSE so it was no longer hosing the tool!!! (it was waaaaaaaay off.) By this mechanism, he was ruining expensive tooling. (of course when the tools DIDN'T break, he had a helluva time deburring the fucking  ) parts

Guess where he was from?

Note: I'm only using this example to show the work ethic, or lack thereof, the seems to be prevalent in certain societies.

Granulator.....takes the pellets and melts it before injection? like a....vibratory for final deburring? if so....ouch.

Chardok a granulator is a machine used to chop up scrap plastic for reuse. it is basicly a set of knives on a rotor above a screen. the the plastic scrap if fed through the throat, into the grinding chamber . When it is in small enough particles, it falls through the screen into a collecting drawer. here's a pic:
