This whole thing is stupid. If it's true, it means that Kerry is scum. However, if this was the only relationship then I don't think it is going to have a whole lot of effect on the campaign. If there was a pattern of this kind of behavior then I think that it should raise serious questions.

Of course, it doesn't matter since I don't plan on voting for Kerry anyways.

This is true. It's likely that JFK jumped Marilyn Manroe's bones, for petes sake. By all accounts, Clinton is incredibly charismatic and eloquent. He should have been caught banging Playboy Bunnies, not chubby interns.

Thought to be fair and balanced, Republicans have banged their share of mistresses. Really, having women on the side is a politician thing, not a party exclusive thing. This bothers me a little, that people are ready to crucify anyone caught thumping an intern, even though statistically speaking, people they voted into office likely have done the same an more. Some of the insider accounts of Congress' "fishing parties" are rather incredible.
