I open them all in Mozilla's über-cool tabbed window, then I begin opening more tabs for the messages in the last one I opened, and close as I read each. It's really efficient.

Honestly, off-topic is one I touch less. I never bother with fanfiction, and rarely about science & morality.

SL&M, because creationist/fundie morons tend to show up there first, and I enjoy watching everyone beat up on them.

I used to never come to any board except the Pure Star Wars board. Now I usually start with this forum, then move to General Sci Fi then to Star Wars and lastly Star Trek.

I view them in random order, but if I see Stravo's name in the Fanfic section then that's where I go first.

I have yet to read his fanfic. Does it compare with Chuck Sonneburg's? Or Master Wong's?

SB.com straight to the Story Debates section because I am modding one of the SDs going on over there. After that, its a toss up between SD.net and SB.com forums.

First, I come here, to Off-Topic. Then, I go to Science and Logic, then the SW vs. ST forum, and then PSW. If I have time, I visit the Fanfiction and Other Sci-fi forums.

Good plot, but lacks the polish that those two have.

There are no words to describe how cool I feel about that compliemnt, Bean. Thanks!!

BTW, NO ONE's fic should ever be compared to portal. My four year old daughter can write a better fanfic than Portal.

Oh yeah...I also just check posts since last visit and I just keep checking it all day.

Off-Topic: I don't have a lot of time to research figures and details for
sci-fi questions (I can only do strategy off the top of my head, or opinions on that forum), morality ect. ect. tends to have few I can argue without stressing with anger, and the others don't interest me as much as this one, which I am in now, which I'm typing a response to now.

I just hit 'view new posts' and read everything new on the board since the last time I checked in. I hardly ever go into the forum indexes at all.

off topic for me. Lots of the most interesting posts and threads are here I think. My knowledge of physics is pretty shoddy (biology is more my thing) so I usually carn't get involved with the sci-fi debates, even thought I am interested in them.
Also, all of sheps gun and war posts are in the off-topic forum :D

I tend to stick to the OT and Fanfic forums, mostly because I mod one and kinda scour the other for material for the Archive (which reminds me, Kelly, I linked your site). Sometimes I pop into the Hall of Shame, but if I want to do any versus debating I stick to ASVS.

I also scan the Testing forum to check for padding ;)
