Speaking of Animal Farm, the newest incarnation of the movie is pretty good. Live-action with animal actors (and puppets, I think).

Morningstar by David Gemmell. First book I read that made me cry at the end.

The Amtrak Wars by Patrick Tiley are my 5 favourite books after the original 6 Dune books.

Other good books out there are Colony by Rob Grant, the co-writter of Red Dwarf. Dead Famous by Ben Elton is an interesting look at how far reality TV could go. And lastly on my list, i heartily recomend the 8 Sten books written by Chris Bunch and Allan Cole.

Just finished reading the Ender Quadrilogy by Orson Scott Card and it fucking rocks, apart from where it tails off towards the end!
