Wow! Quite a facility you got going there, Stewart. And how's that living with mom and dad working out for you?

How about you and I go to the range. I'll pick up the tab, provide the ordinance and ammo, all you have to do is post the results accurately on this board. There is a 50' range in McHenry, just east of the river. We can use reduced dimentioned targets to represent longer ranges. If you know any thing at all this could prove my point.Darth Mall wrote:Yeah I live in Barrington, Il.
How about it?

That's a worthless test you idiot. Shooting 1-2" groups at a bit over 16 yards proves nothing, anyone with some training and a decent gun & ammo can do it. Besides, you can't scale 200 yards down to 15 yards, there's this thing on a gun called the sight, which on a handgun doesn't work too well at 200 yards. Also, there's these wonderful things known as wind and gravity which are a much larger factor at 200 yards than at a piddling 16 yards & change.Stewart at SDI wrote:There is a 50' range in McHenry, just east of the river. So we determine that the address you gave for your "Strategic Defense Institute" is actually a residential home listed under the name of "Kit S Davis" with a home phone number of (815) 459-2746 (thus blowing your pathetic claim to authority out of the water since there is obviously no such "Institute"), and you crow victory when you discover that we erroneously posted an aerial picture of a house slightly farther down the street?Stewart at SDI wrote:You've got the wrong house in the picture. Don't you realize that by commenting on the image placement but conspicuously failing to address the major point (that the address you listed for the "Strategic Defense Institute" is is obviously your parents' house), you have only made things look worse for yourself?
You're fucking hilarious.

Oh my god, you're actually citing the maximum ballistic range of the round as proof of its maximum effective range. I don't believe it.Stewart at SDI wrote:You have, have you? Well the .45 round has a maximum range depending on the type and load of 1,200 to 2,100m. The .22 is in the same bracket.

Stewart, I am again going to make my 1 appeal to you to wise up. No one gives a flying fuck about your shooting, especially given that I cannot find any reputable sharpshooters on the internet that have made shots that you claim to be able to. Plus the fact that your Institute seems to be either non-existant, or as existant as my poker racket at college undermine you credibility. Combine this with the fact that in the end, none of this bullshit you mention is important for Star Wars vs. Star Trek. In the end, whether you are a 150 pound wuss like me, an asian engineer like Mr. Wong, a psychotic gunnut like 3/4 of the board, or a borderline elitist otaku like spanky makes no difference. I bet I could beat 75% of the people here in Street Fighter 2 champion edition for Sega Genesis, but this doesn't make me less of an idiot. So, the important point is, drop the hype, and either simply concentrate on the debate, ro scram, as you seem to be on the track to VI and banning.
As a side note to other members, I feel kinda bad being the one that gives these talks. They don't seem to work, although I wish they did. So far, previous recipiants have been both RevPrez, and Raoul Duke Jr. and despite my utter civility in both cases, I was met with hostility. It seems that many people on the internet would rather be hostile, and act like assholes than to listen to any point against them, no matter how neatral and how civil. It also seems that very few people will accept apologies, even when given truthfully, maybe because of a mistrust of this hostility, but I digress. In the end, I guess I am really asking, is it worth it for me to even try to get through with civility, or is it really necessary to always reply with vitriol and flame.

Like it really matters. Here, have the whole neighborhood. If you ever get around to actually putting up a website you might want it.
So then why is 4601 listed as the residence of a Jamie Hill while 4801 is listed for Kit Davies? It must make it confusing for those high-paying clients to find the place. The history you've quoted is for 4601 Mom's place. Great reasearch, guys.
And speaking of which, just how would people even hear of this thing if there's no phone listing, website, or advertisment of any kind? Do you have a little stand in front of the house like this?

Oh boy. Mr Guns Expert, do you have the least idea that Maximum EFFECTIVE range and Maximum Range are two very much different things? Let me help you since you seem to have a problem with this issue.Stewart at SDI wrote:You have, have you? Well the .45 round has a maximum range depending on the type and load of 1,200 to 2,100m. The .22 is in the same bracket. In WW-II the Thompson SMG, M-1928 had a range compensating rear sight regraduated to 600 yards. I know, I've used it. Kind of blows your range of the round argument out of the water now doesn't it? I know that you will raise the different MV argument, but does <200F/S really make that much difference that one could shoot 600, and the other only 50 yards? Get real.Considering that i wont win squat with even that amount of money when all expenses are covered in just getting there, it still isnt worth my time. Truly Stewart, im confident in my research when i know that information is coming from legitimate sources, and from own experience. So far, you have NOT shown to have information from legitimate and reliable sources nor own experience on ANYTHING.
This is damn hilarious. Get this to your head moron, the maximum effective range of a weapon/round is not selective on who is using the weapon/round. Its a statistical fact. And i wouldnt be talking about this subject if i didnt have my own experience at that area. I've been shooting with .45 weapons all the way from the DE .45 to Glock .45 guns at targets in ranges from 15 to 50 meters, and i can be pretty sure about the validity of those specificational facts.
I have done all the research i need, and every single piece of information i have found ANYWHERE about this matter points out that you are flat out spatting bullshit. Since essentially, you are overcoming the maximum effective range of the rounds.
Stewart boy, what you can do in your dreams and what you can do in reality are two different things. And you have shown your "knowledge" or more accurately your lack of it, quite clearly.
Do some real research. Put up the "C" note, and I will blow your oppinions right out of the water.
I also note that the other "expert" has weaseled out of my offer to meet his $3,000 bet, because there is no profit in it. I can fly anywere in the world for under $1,000 each way, that leaves a grand for his profit. So much for his credability.
There are many ways to verify this chalege, why are all of you afraid to risk a few bucks to proove your point? Money talks and BS walks. You're all walking!
Maximum Effective Range is the maximum range at which a weapon/round may be expected to be accurate and achieve the desired effect. Maximum Range is simply that, maximum range. Yeah, it really blows my range argument indeed considering that you're such a fucking moron that you cant even understand the difference between Maximum Effective Range and Maximum Range.
HAHAAAAHAAHAAH. Yeah, i have done my research. Apparently, you have not since you cant even understand the difference between Effective and Maximum ranges. Real fucking weapons expert indeed, have you ever even laid your hands on anything more dangerous than a BB gun boy? Why dont you check the bullshit you are spewing before you start spewing it and you can avoid it being crushed like a bug when anyone with a least bit of knowledge on the subject knows that its bs.
Nice jackass, im sure that flight ticket prices are the same all over the world right? And ofcourse you didnt even bother to take into consideration every other possible expenditure. Get real asshole.
Not really. No-ones really that interested in going to see some jerk-off trying to shoot to prove his bullshit claims. We see those claims coming out of the mouths of so many that checking them all is impossible. You're a joke Stewart boy.

I really can't imagine how anyone in their right minds would trust that a proven liar would hold up his end of a wager.
Of course, 'lil Stewie still hasn't addressed the fact that extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. No one need risk hundreds or thousands of dollars; if he doesn't provide the proof, his boasting should (and will) be considered bullshit by default.
So, Mr Dean of Technology, time to put up or shut up.
BTW, you're obviously not shy about posting gobs of personal info here, so why haven't you shown us your degree/diplomas???
