Just a concept 'sketch' of an idea for a highly manuverable spacecraft. The final product will likely look completly different.

Yes, all those thrusters, including the main engines rotate as much as they look like they would.

Changing the arm thrusters from sockets to five-ways would be more rudundant and less complicated, and would allow for tandem operation.

Plus, that seems like way too many bells for the main engine...
