2. Darth Vader. He's probably the biggest cultural icon of all of the villians.
3. The wierd ending not even the people who made the films got. (The newer Planet of the Apes movie)

Uh, Beaker, Jonathan Harris didn't play Dr. Zachary Smith in any movies, Gary Oldman did. Unless you want this to be favorite movie or TV villains.
