Y'know instead of moaning and bitching you could ask one of the two mods who look after this particular part of the board to move it to an appropriate venue.

Just a thought.

My apologies, stress related brain malfunction(you start playing in a pirate campaign and you get to thinking you can hijack anything once you achieve enough enough sleep dep).

1 book per group usually works out hideously badly, I absorb game information like a sponge, and I still need to check things out pretty often. Also, unless you hold the GM to the same standard of time limit, you are being pretty grossly unfair( not that most GMs give a crap).

Slighty off-topic(sorry!) I think that a fundamental problem I have with D20 is their inconsistency in handling things, in D&D, they came up with a pretty decent system for running monsters as characters, but for SW, they decided to make everyone balanced at level 1, removing a lot of the uniqueness from alien species.

Well, I just picked up Unearthed Arcana today, and I can tell you right now I'm only going to use about half of it. Man, there are waaaay too many throwbacks to 2e in that book. >_< Facing rules and character flaws? Let the strapping of shields to backs and character min/maxing begin! Now I'm beginning to feel ripped off.

Hey, you could always pick up 'Arcana Unearthed' for Swords and Sorcery and feel twice as ripped off :D

Erm... No, not really. How dare you insult the greatness of Monte Cook?

Apathy, mainly, with a dash of death-wish, why do you ask?

I have the following:

D20 core book for ~$60 CAD.

Gamma World Player's Guide for ~ $45 CAD

Gamma World Mutants and Machines for ~ $45 CAD

Gamma World Out of the Vaults for ~ $35 CAD

That is inlcuding 8% PST and 7% GST.
ASVS('97)/SDN('03)

Meh. I'm too lazy to do all the typing it would take to rattle off my entire collection of RPG books.

I'm too lazy, plus I don't have a good enough memory, so I'm sure to forget something. However, games I have spent signifigant money on:
AD&D 2nd
Gurps
White Wolf
Hackmaster
In Nomine
Cyberpunk 2020
WEG SW
Palladium
