Seeing the blank stares on the rest of the party's faces, I finish packing my backpack and belt pouch with whatever I think I'll need, and then I start marching towards the top.

Seeing Johan walk off, Grozny turns back round to his pony, and checking hes OK, gets her up and starts following Johan, but nopt walking quite so quickly. "Do shout if you need any help." Grozny yells out to Johan.

I'm going to tend to the horses, and try to keep them alive (heal, I'll take a 20 if I have the time) Every fifteen minutes or so I'll send Quoth along to check up on them though.

Trudging up behind Tsaroth and Johan, Grozny lets his pony rest for a while. "Why don't we just knock? We're in the middle of a barely inhabited mountain range, with several freezing horses. The worst that could happen is that someones in there, and they really don't want company."

You knock, there is a short pause and then the door opens. An old elf with grey hair open the door, he's wearing simple loose clothes, something you would expect more of a farmer from a warm climate. He bows.

"Greetings travelers, what brings you here?"

"Well, we were displaced onto this mountain by some... magical anomallly controlled by a more powerful spellcaster... We have horses and they are near dead from the cold. We were wondering if you would allow us to seek shelter in your home until we can get off this mountain... We can pay rather well if that is needed"

Tsaroth casts fly on himself, and flies down to the camp... Ropes up the horses, and casts levitate on each one. Casts fly on Keenan

"Anyone else who can cast fly is welcome to help"

the two of us then pull the horses up the mountain.
