By definition, yes he is, as his speeches incited politically motivated violence...

So can we have him arrested, interrogated and shipped off to camp X-Ray yet (this is one case where I won't object to the Geneva Convention going out the goddamn window).

I'm in favor of hancuffing, gagging and blindfolding him and the hurling him into Guantanamo Bay. If we're going to violate the Geneva Convention then we might as well go whole hog. It's serve that stupid shit head right.

Problem is, if you are gaoling all these people on the most flimsy evidence that they might possibly be connected to terrorism, what do you do when someone is using a position of power (such as Falwell's) to incite political and religious violence. You have to do something, otherwise you would be a goddamn hypocrite.

He's not exactly a ist. The only people he inspires are fundies who are already violent and bigoted. Still, he's annoying, and should be put somewhere where we don't have to listen to him.
