As for healer, I've got some of that covered. Though one multiclassed paladin can't cover heavy healing duty.

This is a preliminary character, still not sure about some things. Equipment still missing.

If one has Leadership, does one simply assume a Cohort of the appropriate level? And if one has a summoned shadow?

Well, here's mine so far...he's unnaffected by the dead magic zones...so I suspect he'd be about the only one willing to within a hundered leagues of 'em.

Healing is less and less our problem. We just lack Turning. Which sucks, but meh. (Paladin multiclass and Spellfire Wielder can heal alot of wounds) If we run into an Atrophal, running screaming and crying will not be looked down upon.

Whoever thought up gestalt characters was on crack. Besides, if you take a look in the writeup it says not to use them with standard characters because they'll unbalance the campaign and send encounter levels to hell in a handbasket.

Gestalt characters are not terrably bad, balanceable in normal games with some work. Do have any problems with savage progressions from savage species? I think I want to join as a 15th level astral deva if I can.

I'm not the DM. That was just my (quite informed, if I do say so myself) opinion. As for Savage Species, I don't own it but from what I've heard the half ogre template is broken. As for playing astral devas, I know just the guy to talk to about that.

Out of curiosity, how'd you get into the archmage PrC before meeting the spellcasting prerequisite? A 12th level wizard can't cast 7th level spells.

Edit: And your AC looks a tad suspicious. The way I'm adding it up it should come to 22, not 34. What's that honkin' +7 miscellaneous bonus coming from? And mage armor is +4, not +9 AC.

Probably a shield spell, as that grants a +7 bonus, if he made it permanent with a permanency spell. (Which I will not allow.

Like Rogue said, the ruleset is the same, but there are many new items/prestige classes/spells/feats in the FR that could confuse you initially. (Whadyya mean I can't counter-spell that level 2 wizard!?)

Forgot about the Shadowdancer's shadow companion.

But I'd impose a -4 penalty to your leadership score because you already have a cohort/companion, and said companion is a shadow. Not many people would feel comfortable around such a creature.

And about starting money: Do I get the 88k gp as for lvl 12, or the 200k for being effectively lvl 15 (with my Half-dragon race?)
