Marcus swore as he was flung back by the great pain in his head. Marcus shook his head and rolled to the side, expecting fire, but none came. Slowly Marcus got to his feet and looked around, there was no sign of the thing, Marcus fired off a few more shots to make sure that his attacker wasn't around, and then sunk to his knees, breathing heavily.

"Gotta keep awake, gotta keep moving."

Marcus got to his feet slowly and staggered over to the burning wreckage of the car. "Damnit..." Marcus kicked the burned out car and then began staggering down the road, hoping for someone to come down the road with some transportation.

The ghostly looking woman floated just behind Marcus, looking around and keeping a lookout for attacks. She couldn't let him die yet, his strength was dying, and that worried her.

Ragam continued to dig into the night. There was light coming from one of the rocks. He picked it up and revealed the portal.

"It's still here? just smaller" Ragam said as he decreased his size. The portal seemed to be fading though. He reached out for it but a voice from it stopped him

"You... you are the one... the one that... did this to us" the voice said weakly "You ruined... everything"

Ragam said nothing for a while as he stared that the fading light.

"We can no longer invade this realm... but you... you will come with us" the voice hissed.

"I am planning on it." Ragam said and the portal moved to him ingulfing him in light and in a violent explosion he and the portal were gone

My suit transformed the juice into a tastier form, and I sat and rested for a moment. I hadn't quite expected the fight to be so painful ether. I still needed information too. I would try again to get at him, this time I would try a different form of attack. I would come sweeping down behind him from the air, mind blast him if he notices me (for I was silent in the air), then I would blast his limbs off and torture him for information.

Fed now, I set off to restart the fight.

As the last explosion took place, the ramp of the Transport was just lowering. sprinting out of the mountain every last member of the Heroes got into the plane, and then it shot off at super-sonic speeds, heading back to the nest to regroup with their mission completed.

Marcus stumbled and leaned against a tree, his torn and tattered trenchcoat barely hanging on him. He looked up, his brown eyes catching the glare of the sun and he glowered, his sunglasses had been shattered, his left arm felt as if something in there had snapped, felt as if something in his head had snapped too, restraints, this constant beating he was taking was letting him release more and more of his energy.

He could feel his energy barely being restrained within his body, he was brimming with energy, too much energy. Anyone that cared to look would find him easily.

Marcus took another step forward, away from the tree just as the transport ship flew overhead and knocked him down to the ground, this sudden collision with the ground was enough to send out a quick burst of energy before he restrained it again, it was enough to knock down trees for a good 100 meters, and the shockwave sent the transport ship tumbling through the air. Hank stumbled towards the front of the plane.

"What the hell was that?"

"I don't know sir. It was a huge shockwave. The sensors are going made, it's as if a huge bomb just went off back there. We're still getting energy readings though... wait a minute... sir, these readings look similar to those of the super felon Marcus."

Hank looked at the readings, they were different in some respects, but it fit with what they knew about the inhuman bastard.

"Sir, should we turn around and investigate?"

"No, Ragam was with him... Ragam will keep him under-control. Besides, not like we want to get into a fight now with every last media company trying to find out about the missing mountain. Keep going, alert HQ, tell them I'm coming over later, after diner."

"Oh bloody hell, another massive explosion..."

Halastyrix took to the air, his massive wings having been relatively undamaged, if a bit numb from the attacks of that pathetic manthing

He saw the transport ship and crosed in its path to let them know he was there. Then saw that troublesome manthing again...

Everyone was thrown to the side of the craft by the centrifugal force as the transport tried to swing to the side of the massive golden thing got in the craft's path.

"GUN IT! GUN IT! SCREW THE PROTOCALS GIVE IT EVERYTHING NOW!" Hank shouted as the two pilots regained control of the craft and tried to shoot farther away.

"But you havent introduced yourself!" The dragon boomed over the sound of the engine

He grabbed the aircraft, not enough to damage it, but with a good grip, and held it there. The brought it down to the earth at a liezurly pace.

After leaving the craft Hank looked up at the beast. "Er... Hello?"

"HELLO!" Halastyrix said with a jovial voice(as jovial as a dragon can get with an omnipoint emanation voice) I was wondering, how in the name of non-existant Jehovah did that mountain explode, and would you like help in taking care of that nasty little manthing that caused your plane to go off course?"

Marcus slowly sat up, his energy screaming to break loose, holding it back was becoming troublesome. Marcus slowly got to his feet as a bolt of energy lanced out and struck a tree that was laying on the ground, the trunk flew up into the air and crashed into another trunk that snapped in two and disintigrated. Marcus's brown eyes were beginning to look more and more blue as the energy ran rampant. The land he stepped on burned and smoldered, destroyed by his feet.

Marcus was feeling woozy, and he didn't believe that he saw a golden haze flying towards him until it was almost on top of him. The dragon... damnit not now he was in no condition to fight again. Marcus felt his mind begin to slip under the shadows of sleep and he fell down to his knees, then on his face, another blast wave emiting from the crash. The wave could be felt back where the dragon and Hank was.

*massive shockwave pushes the massive dragon a few feet forward, but he sheilds the humans and Jet from it*

"So? humans? He seems like he is in bad enough shape from both mine and someone elses attacks that he will be taken with relative ease"

"I am Halastyrix... Probably the oldest and most powerful being in existence. You knw that bible your people put so much stock in? I was there... that God does not exist.... At any rate, I was soaring along and a mountain exploding caught my eye... I go to investigate, ad this goon attacks me. I just wanted to know what the frell is happening. You can start with that. I have been in Isreal trying to get the people there to drop all the religious bullshit for the last few decades, and havent been up on the news lately"

As the two heroes came near Marcus's body, they were driven back by the energy that was being emited from Marcus's body. They eventually tried firing sedation darts but those were fryed before they could hit, Marcus didn't stir during the entire encounter. The two eventually left and came back with a capture field that wrapped around Marcus's inert form, then they got some very good gloves, grabbed the frame that was seething with energy and dragged him quickly back to the ship, going through 3 pairs of gloves before they got back.

"Oh my..." Dorian snorted as the mountain was rocked by another explosion. He immediately errected a shield that saved him from the most damage. Still it managed to ruffle his hair cut.
"For fuck's sake!" he was pissed.
He saw the dragon take off after the transport, and decided to follow them. Maybe those in the transport where responsible for it?
HE manipulated the local gravity field, and started to glide with increasing speed towards the location.
Once near it, he touched down again, and walked the rest of the way, only to see the dragon in a talk with this Hank person.

At the mountain a small bright white appeared out of no where. Suddenly that light blew up violently shaking the surrounding area. After the event Ragam was standing where just a little while ago he had vanished from sight.

"Here again?" Ragam sounded confused "With as long as i have been gone i would of thought that it would of changed... even a little bit"

Ragam look looked around him. This was the same hole that he dug, the soil was still fresh as if he had just did it.

"What the hell??, This is the same time? Nothing as changed" Ragam surpised "Well then there is plenty of time to get this planet ready

Nick waited awhile, and by picking the scent he quickly followed the dragon by leaping between the trees. He saw the incidents and took notes of some of the dragon's abilities.

Then he saw the Heroes. Nick knew about this group in the PRID but this was the first time he saw them.

So while still hiding in the trees, he watched and listened.
