Touching the nose with the tongue is not just a function of tongue length. I know people with short tongues who can touch their noses with them, and I know people with long tongues who just make you laugh if they try.

Long story short: I'm cutting off my tongue.

It has to do with the skin connecting you tounge to the base of your mouth. It keeps you from swollowing your tounge. You can have it removed, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Mine's overdeveloped, so I can't stick my tongue out more than a millimeter or two. I've been meaning to get that fixed, but it's never really been urgent to do so.

I have this weird triple joint thing on my left middle finger(which bends in two places) where I can bend the top third to a 90 degree angle with the rest of the finger while keeping the rest of the finger completely straight. I used to use it to stop my brother from copycatting me. :D

I'm also one hell of a whistler; give me any tune, and as long as its not too high I can do it.

I can easily read upsidedown text, and thats about all I can think of.
For example, suppose I wrote a book that within 30 years of the moon landing millions of people could be duped by bad science and endless hectoring into believing that it didn't happen... nah, can't do that, too unbelievable for a fantasy novel, right?--Terry Pratchett, The new Discworld Companion

I have the talent of being able to quickly take out my contact lenses when I'm shit-faced, stoned, hammered, drunk or otherwise in a mentally-depraved state.

I can also bend my fingers at the foremost knuckle while leaving the joints locked.

I can kill a conversation with one sentence and type up a three-page fullscreen quote that airs in fifteen minutes.

I also have this amazing ability to look like a cute little babyface and get my cheeks pinched despite the beard and the body the size of a Buick.

Most of its all logic based. High degree of analytical functions (descrambling images/names/other objects in a handful of seconds to minutes), puzzle solving, Can beat portions of games my friends are having trouble with in a few tries, and can quickly construct interesting objects from various building items.

Other than that, I don't really have any special or weird talents, unless you count smooth-talking an innocent Christian farmgirl into anal sex.

I can roll my tongue.

Dislocate my shoulders.

Mind numbing trivia stuff.

Word scrambliness.

I can build stuff, last night at a party I built a 90 cm structure out of plastic cups, citronella candles, a bowl, table cloth weights and coke bottles. Wind resistant and all. No adhesives.

Special.. definitely.

Weird.. maybe.

Useless.. NEVER.

As for me... I do the belching thing.. I can pick up playing sheet music just slightly slower than someone that can play by ear (meaning I can't).. I do the random trivia thing.. I know more obscure goth bands than I know goth people (and I know a lot of goth people).. I have a knack for making people think I'm straight (unintentionally).. I have a knack for getting girls attracted to me.. I can smell the difference between most alcohols (to the point of knowing grein vodka from potato), but can't tell the difference between Diet Coke and Dr. Pepper.. I know random words in various languages that I never plan on learning or using..

I can memorize pieces of music within a few rehearsals. Usually after the 2nd go I can play it fine, and after the 4th go I have at least most of it memorized. Even 2nd or 3rd trumpet in a Symphony. The thing I have most dificulty memorizing is repeating patterns. Long florid melodies with very little repetition I find the easiest to memorize. In my first year at University doing my Music Major, I played 3 whole concertos by memory even though the requirement was only for one movement of one concerto by memory. (Actually it was 2 concerto's and a Sonata, but eh)

After not having played one of the concertos for about 3 years, I still played it by memory without a single practice just for laughs to my girl best friend in Melbourne with a CD called Music minus one which was a bit of a party trick.

As to my worthless talents, I know from heart the Identifier codes for most of the major airports in the United States, and even a good number in Canada.

Just off of my head, a few of the trickier ones are:
MSY: New Orleans
ORD: O'Hare
IAH: Bush
IAD: Dulles
EWR: Newark
MCI: Kansas City
MCO: Orlando
CYYZ: Toronto
The most basic assumption about the world is that it does not contradict itself.
