LoL I know how you feel; I'm 67kgs and 6'4". Even with gym and protien diet, I can't put on jack. But I'm 24 now... and its all starting to slow down

Holy shit. I'm 5'7" and 180 lbs. Even when I was in university and in top shape with a flat stomach and visible abs, I was still 165 lbs. Of course, I do have a mesomorph frame, so that's to be expected. But if you're just 1 inch shorter than me and 65 lbs lower than my university weight, that's ridiculous. I'd avoid a shoving match with you for fear of accidentally breaking you in half.

Healthy son of a .... curse you mesomorphs! I used to think I was an endomorph (what with all the fat)- but fucked if I know now. Saying ectomorph means no sense.

As for my weight - last time I checked, I was 183cm tall and weighted 66 kgs. (translated from metric to Imperial that's roughly 6ft 130lbs.)

If you're wondering whether you're fat or not, chuck away body fat calculators which accept height and weight as their only variables. The best method is a skin fold test, go to your doctor for that. Or look in a mirror, and make an honest appraisal. Height and weight is not enough information: during his Mr. Olympia days, the Terminator would probably be "obese" according to those calcs.

small nitpick: Those are not body fat calculators, those give you the BMI (which is a worthless piece of shit). I'm not aware of any internet body fat calculators that ask your weight and height.

Agreed

BMI sucks for everything, the span is huge for me it's 58kg for BMI 20 and 74kg for BMI 25

Anything betveen is healthy according to BMI, and that's plain silly.

Take a look in the mirror, if you look fat then you are. And the same if you look skinny then you are skinny, no need for some feel good calculation for that.

And all this crap about "comfort weight", and all the "I am fat and healthy" BS! damn that's only a excuse not to eat less and move more!
